Return Policy: 

Please Note: Because our products are made to order, we do not generally accept returns unless the item has a print issue, arrives defective, damaged or is the wrong item.

Please carefully review the product color, details and sizing chart to ensure you are ordering the best fit for you.

Exchange Exceptions

We understand that sometimes sizing doesn’t work out. In select cases within 30 days, we do allow exchanges for a different size or color.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The original shirt must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition
  • We will ship the replacement item at no charge for the item
  • The customer is responsible for return and replacement item shipping fees

To request an exchange or return, please contact us at support@celestialchic.co with your order number and a brief explanation. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Refund Policy:

You satisfaction is important to us so please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at support@celestialchic.co if you have any quality issues.

To help us take care of your issue quickly, please include you order number, personal name and a picture of the items showing the issue with the item. 

As part of our our quality process, we will send you details to return the product for evaluation (if required) to help us improve. We appreciate your help with this!

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@celestialchic.co.

 

Damages and issues: 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately support@celestialchic.co. If the item has a print issue, is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
